Valuation Surveyor (London)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across commercial and residential sectors.
• Contribute to team targets and support business growth initiatives.
• Conduct property inspections, perform due diligence, and prepare detailed valuation reports within client deadlines.
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Engage with clients to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• MRICS and VRS qualified with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Proficient with Argus, Kel, or other standard valuation software.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation.
• Strong communication, numerical, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent client management skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
