Discover your exciting role

As Vice President of Project and Construction Management, you will lead the project and construction management processes and methodologies including global policies and procedures, to ensure a uniform approach to project delivery across multiple global business units and regions. You will ensure that the organization's project delivery aligns with global policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement in project execution. This role involves overseeing the PM Academy, which provides comprehensive training to project personnel and plays a critical part in fostering leadership and expertise across the organization.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Oversee the global Project and Construction Management (PM/CM) processes, ensuring consistent implementation across all regions.
• Lead the development and enforcement of PM/CM policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Manage the Project Setup for large-scale programs and ensure the digitalization of construction management processes.
• Foster the implementation of the "Exyte Way" in project execution, promoting a uniform approach to project delivery.
• Oversee the PM Academy, ensuring all PM/CM personnel receive adequate training and mentorship.

Show your expertise

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, or Project Management with at least 15 years of relevant operational experience.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, including a deep understanding of semiconductor, data center, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Proven leadership experience in top EPC/EPCm firms, including 10+ years in project management roles.
• PMP certification preferred, with strong knowledge of project management tools and SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills preferred.
