Job Opportunity: Head of Treasury Control/Data Integrity

This major London-based International bank is looking to engage the services of an experienced individual to head up their Treasury Control/Data Integrity team. The role involves oversight of the offshore operations, ensuring efficient & accurate processing, control/data integrity, and cash reconciliations are completed in a controlled and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the effective management of the team's performance.
2. Identify areas of risk and, alongside the director, implement offshore operational control improvements.
3. Support projects and initiatives within the bank and act as an ambassador for the EMEA Operations with branches, front offices, middle offices, clients, and external organisations.
4. Monitor training for offshore members of staff alongside its management.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess significant back office banking experience, as well as demonstrate leadership experience including the ability to organise and effectively manage off-site team members.
