Warehouse OperativeMeridian is seeking a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients in Cheltenham at their bustling manufacturing facility. The role includes general warehouse duties and stock administration, with opportunities for long-term career progression within the company.Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm with overtime availableBenefits: 27 paid days holiday, Bank Holidays off, Staff canteen, Free Parking, Free tea & Coffee, Training Opportunities and potential to go Temp to PermWarehouse Operative duties will include:

• Receipt and unpacking of product into department;
• Completing related paperwork;
• Stock checks and cycle counting;
• Picking and delivering stock items to factory shop floor;
• Working with a SAP/WMS system to book components in/out of area;
• Support other warehouse operatives.

Skills/experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Previous experience with SAP / WMS and strong Office skills;
• A strong level of literacy and numeracy (counting out items, checking part numbers, completing paperwork);
• Keen eye-for-detail;
• Experience working with powered pallet truck and lifting equipment would be advantageous but are not essential for this role
• Please note a 5 year work referencing period is essential for this role.
