Job Title: Workday Engagement Manager (Finance)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 x days a week on-site)
Salary/Rate: £800-900 per day Inside IR35
Start Date: May 2025
Job Type: 6 month contract

Company Introduction
My Client within 'Big 4' consulting is urgently seeking a Workday Engagement Manager with Financial expertise for Engagement projects.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Gather and analyse business requirements related to Workday functionality.
2. Configure and test Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits).
3. Develop and maintain Workday documentation.
4. Provide end-user support and training.
5. Collaborate with technical teams for integration's and enhancements.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Proven experience working with client on Workday delivery plans, optimisation, and implementation.
2. Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business processes within relevant modules.
3. Strong stakeholder skills as engaging with delivery managers, client, and teams.
4. Experience with Workday implementations or upgrades is desirable.
