The company specializes in making pet food and offers a clean, highly automated work environment. The work atmosphere is informal, with colleagues working together in a friendly manner. The temperature on the shop floor ranges from cold to hot. There are approximately 70 employees at the Ittervoort location.

The organization is easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas and Sittard-Geleen.

Do you have experience in a production environment and enjoy working on the floor while managing and coaching colleagues? Are you practical and do you always put safety and quality first? Then we are looking for you! For our production company specialized in pet food, we are looking for an enthusiastic foreman.

As foreman you are the contact person for the team of production employees in shifts.You participate in the production process while ensuring optimal work distribution and supervision of the team.It is a full-time position in 5 shifts.Your working hours are as follows: 05:45-14:15, 13:45-22:15 and 21:45-6:15.The working days therefore vary from Monday to Sunday.Your duties will include:

• Supervising and coaching production employees during their shift work;
• Ensuring efficient deployment of employees and proper division of labor within the team;
• Registering and reporting production data, such as quality, energy consumption and technical reports according to established procedures;
• Identifying and reporting technical malfunctions and deviations in the process to the technical department and following up on solutions.

Functie-eisen

• You have experience in a similar position where you manage employees, cooperate yourself and supervise production processes;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You are willing to work in a 5 shift system.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Shift bonus of 28% on each hour worked;
• A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000.
• Travel allowance of €0.19 cents per kilometer, from 10 kilometers;
• Pension accrual from day one (Stipp pension through Olympia);
• A net travel allowance of €0.19 cents per kilometer, for more than 10 kilometers;
• You will first receive a temporary contract through Olympia. If suitable, you will be given a fixed-term contract with the client with a view to permanent employment;
