Year 1 Teaching Assistant - Castle Bromwich

Aspire People is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to work at a school in Castle Bromwich.This role will be working on a 1:1 basis with a Reception child with Autism, Complex needs, and challenging behaviour, so requires a teaching assistant with strong behaviour management,and previous experience with personal care and working with children wtih SEND.This role starts ASAP - Ongoing, and will be 5 days a week.Requirements for our Teaching Assistant Roles: Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or an equivalent for ratio purposes) Experience with children who have additional needs Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months) Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
