Job Description
Part-Time Office Based Admin Assistant for a Local Organisation earning £12+ Holiday Pay.

Your new company
You will be working with a well-established local organisation based in Fife on a Temporary Administrative assignment. Working hours are part-time from 11am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
Your new role
You will be supporting a well established team and offering support to their front of house. You will be responsible for answering the main telephone, taking note of queries and populating their online databases. You will be in charge of your own reception area where you will manage the sign sheets, deliveries and incoming mail. You will also be in charge of the organisation's info mailbox.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to possess excellent telephone manners and have experience with Microsoft Office 365. The successful candidate will be comfortable in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, addressing all queries with efficiency and empathy.
