  • Job Type: Part time (Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm)
  • Location: Bournemouth
  • Salary: £22,500 FTE

I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to manage our daily office operations and support our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and social media management, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Develop and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media channels.
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
