Key Responsibilities:

• BiblioSuite: Address queries, test updates prior to release, manage deployment, and liaise with the supplier as required.
• Microsoft Dynamics GP: Address queries and ensure smooth operation.
• Business Application Development: Test and implement updates and improvements to business applications as needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
