Job Responsibilities

• Advising customers face-to-face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email.
• Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets.
• Supporting existing customers with queries and issues.
• General administrative activities and contract management.
• Supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

Candidate Profile

• Ideally have retail/commercial work experience (e.g., consultative sales or customer service).
• Enjoy advising and convincing customers.
• Can work alone and in a team.
• Reliable, honest, and committed.
• Interested in further training and promotion opportunities.
• Willing to keep the warehouse clean.
• Desirable: Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook and Word).
