Brand Partnerships & Activations Co-Ordinator

This role will work closely with key stakeholders in the business including marketing, design & merchandising teams to help build out collaboration partnerships.

Be an integral part of the partnerships process from start to finish - managing critical paths, contacting agents & internal communications to ensure all teams are working to deadlines.

Being a key point of contact for the business between Jaded and the collaborator.

Work on physical marketing activations (incl pop-up's & parties) with a particular emphasis on the US & Asia market.

You will support on the budget management process of all physical marketing activations to make sure we stay in budget.

Work closely with the Social Media & PR teams needs by helping deliver relevant content through curated partnerships to help drive further channel growth and engagement across all new and existing social facing channels.

1. Understanding of UK and US talent & brands - strong desire for US experience.
2. Strong fashion experience ideally minimum 2 years in brand partnerships.
3. Events/experiential experience.
4. Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time and work to deadlines.
5. Black book of talent agents and contacts.
6. Fearless with the ability to generate ideas that can be tested rapidly to challenge current ways of working.
7. Passionate about fashion and brand building.
8. Ability to work in fast paced environments working to tight deadlines.
9. Willingness to travel outside of the UK.
