Requirements Gathering: Collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and understanding their needs in multiple languages.

Business Process Improvement: Analyzing and suggesting improvements to business processes to align with technology solutions.

Technical Translation: Translating business needs into technical specifications for IT teams and ensuring effective communication across different language groups.

Project Management: Managing or contributing to IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver results within time and budget constraints.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders across departments and geographies, making sure the project requirements are clearly understood and documented.

Testing and Validation: Supporting the testing phase to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.

What you'll do:

Languages: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is a must to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, software development, and business applications.

What you bring:

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications in Business Analysis (like CBAP or PMI-PBA) or ITIL can be a plus.
