About the Role
Our client is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Department. This is a key role in driving growth across the EMEA region, leading marketing initiatives for their diverse channel network, including dealers and key end-user segments such as Enterprise, Education, Government, Military, Residential, and Marine.
This role requires a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented marketer with strong project and relationship management skills. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that support partners, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
As a key driver of growth and market expansion, you will leverage your B2B channel marketing expertise to empower partners and drive measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Project Leadership: Manage a variety of marketing projects from strategy to execution, ensuring impactful and effective results.
- Global Campaign Execution: Adapt and implement global marketing campaigns to align with regional needs across EMEA.
- Event Management Support: Contribute to major industry events, tradeshows, regional roadshows, and targeted incentive programs in collaboration with the events team.
- Liaison with Global HQ: Act as the primary contact between the EMEA marketing team and global HQ, ensuring strategic alignment and effective adoption of global content and initiatives.
- Co-Marketing & Partner Management: Oversee co-marketing initiatives and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximize partner success and ROI.
- Dealer Network Support: Develop and execute marketing programs that enable dealers to effectively promote and sell solutions.
- Targeted Marketing for Key End-Users: Design campaigns for specific verticals, including Enterprise, Education, Government, Military, Residential, and Marine, to strengthen brand awareness and market penetration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers, fostering collaboration and shared success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in a commercial marketing role, with a strong understanding of revenue-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with indirect or through-partner marketing and a strong grasp of channel dynamics.
- Expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong program and campaign management experience, demonstrating the ability to handle complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (required); additional European languages are a plus.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
