Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our global operations and drive strategic initiatives across multiple continents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in real estate brokerage, a keen understanding of financial management, and a proven ability to motivate teams, optimize sales performance, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  1. Provide strategic oversight of day-to-day operations across Europe, Indonesia, and the GCC/MENA region.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
  3. Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness to maximize profitability and maintain financial health.
  4. Manage financial performance and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  5. Monitor financial metrics and analyze profit and loss statements to inform decision-making.
  6. Implement cost-effective measures and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of regional managers and operational staff.
  2. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Sales and Business Development:

  1. Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support business growth objectives.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  1. Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  2. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Align operational activities with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior leadership role within the real estate brokerage industry.
  3. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
  4. Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams in a global and multicultural environment.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
  6. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving performance improvement and achieving business results.
