Are you a CI Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing / Industrial background, that is looking for the next step in your career, that will offer a clear scope of progression up to Head of CI and Senior Management roles, alongside having a 16% pension and unlimited overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings?

1. Provide coaching and direction to drive continuous improvement
2. Utilise Lean Tools where required (Daily Mgmt, Problem Solving, VSM, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, PFEP, SIOP) to identify waste and embed sustained improvement.
3. Lead and mentor the existing workforce, to embed a continuous improvement ethos.
4. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, early Friday finish
5. Hybrid working

1. CI or similar experience
2. Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial businesses
3. Based within commutable distance of Doncaster
