We are seeking a committed and experienced Community Nurse to join our clients Primary Care team. Our client is the major Health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey , in the Channel Islands.

You will;
be responsible for a caseload of patients in the community
act as a leader, advisor and role model to less experienced Nurses and an assessor to students and newly-qualified staff
