  • Maintain quality control, clarity, and consistency in the marketing materials produced across a variety of formats for external and internal distribution.
  • Proactively respond as necessary to feedback, iterating deliverables in partnership with contributing stakeholder groups within the business.
  • Conduct content performance analysis.
  • Brief and liaise with third-party vendor support agencies/independent contractors.
  • Additional responsibilities as identified.
What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree required; Arts/Humanities/Journalism/Business preferable.
  • Experience in brand storytelling, marketing copywriting, market research, and creative asset direction and hands-on development.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices in creating engaging content.
  • A passion for storytelling and an inquisitive mind, with the ability to grasp, distil, and translate business strategy and/or complex technical/financial information into impactful, jargon-free marketing communications.
  • Proactive and responsive; able to juggle multiple large and complex projects under time pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent, engaging communication beyond the written word, with proven interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience of collaborating with supporting marketing teams/sub-functions and managing assigned project workflow.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and content creation platforms such as Canva, Riverside, Premiere/Final Cut Pro beneficial.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, be accountable for results and adaptable and responsive to feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
