Job Description

Open 7 days a week, hours 8am-10pm. On a 6 week shift rotation.

37 1/2 hour week

Will have 3 weeks notice of any change to shift patterns.

Week of lates (2pm-8pm) week of earlies (8am-4pm) or flex weeks (mix of the two).

Bank holidays/public holidays off

Full time in office

Description:

Working in a loans department, managing and dealing with customer service calls. Providing resolutions to customers. Will be professional and knowledgeable and must have a background in customer service. Must be highly motivated, reliable and trustworthy. Flexible and able to adapt to change.

This team provide a personal loans service to their customers, an end-to-end solution. They sell and service the loans throughout liftime of the loan. If a customer wants to talk to someone on the phone, their call comes into the personal loan centre. Once loan is active and funds released to customer, any changes/queries during its liftime that they will call this centre. All calls are in-bound calls, no cold calling etc. Some typical calls may include payment holidays, update banking details, changing accounts, changing payment dates etc. Someone with customer service experience is critical. Need to be computer literate, this centre has its own system and training will be given, must have exposure to word/excel and email etc.
