Design Manager/Technical Manager

Are you a Design Manager/ Coordinator / Technical Manager looking for a new challenge or an Architect looking to move into Design Management? This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional leading main contractor based in Greenwich, London who deliver medium and large regeneration schemes ranging from 100 - 1500 units.

What is expected from our Design Manager ?

• Will be reporting into a Senior DM and Head of Technical
• Will be responsible for Line management and development of Assistant Design Managers and allocated Graduates as required.
• Predominantly site based but during pre-construction office based. There is no working from home policy and any occasional WFH must be agreed with the line manager.

What is needed?

• Experience working with a developer or main contractor
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience on RC frame projects
• Experience on taking from from 1st stage to handover
