A profitable start up are looking for an experienced EA to support the CEO (founder). A very inspirational leader who strives to develop talent and people alongside the business missions. This has develop a great work environment and would be a fabulous position and place to work for the right person WHAT YOU'LL DOThis is a really varied EA role with lots of autonomy and chances to get more involved with duties outside the norm, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys taking on more, really getting involved with the business and being a true Right-Hand Person. Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary management - being able to stay 5 steps ahead, build in time around the meetings for the CEO to do some work!
• Coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO
• Being a lynch pin for the SLT where you will be light touch support to them
• Coordinating company events, off sites etc.
• Taking ownership of projects.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

WHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will have experience in a similar EA role supporting a busy Founder/CEO/Director, have a strong and articulate communication style, and enjoy rolling your sleeves up to get involved more. Essential requirements:

• Solid experience as an EA at a senior level
• Experience in a growing environment, ideally a Start-up/Scale up environment
• Be a bright and curious candidate who wants to learn more about the business
• Proactive nature
• Good use of initiative
• Efficient problem solver
• High attention to detail
