Job Description

As an EDI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the design and delivery process of B2B and A2A integrations between ERP systems and customer facing Order Management platforms as well as internal applications.

You will collaborate with business users, project managers and technical teams to identify integration requirements and develop solutions that ensure seamless data flow and consistent data quality across multiple systems.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Managing portfolio of Change Request and projects in Azure DevOps environment
  • Coordination of delivery for EDI projects
  • Design and implement mapping for EDI flows between enterprise ERP systems and external/internal trading partners
  • Analyze and troubleshoot EDI issues to ensure data consistency and reliability, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to identify EDI requirements and develop solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that EDI solutions meet their needs and expectations
  • Ensure that EDI solutions adhere to established security and data privacy policies
  • Represent EDI team by participating in large and cross-functional enterprise projects.
  • End-to-end EDI testing (with trading partners and developers)

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 5-years experience in design, develop and delivering B2B EDI in SAP PI/PO and any other EDI platforms like GXS, TradeXpress.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps platform
  • Hands-on expertise in creating scripts and mapping for transactions conforming to EDIFACT and X12 standards
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools and technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, WS
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and WM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Additional language skills in German will be a plus
