We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre construction project in Mons, Belgium. About the Role

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and relevant business functions. Coordinate with the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring a consistent and professional approach.

Manage and resolve quality-related issues at the Project Management and Supervisor levels. Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance with the Project Quality Plan and drive continuous improvement.

Work closely with internal auditing teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Oversee the structured handover of Quality Records to the client on a system-by-system basis.

Implement a systematic approach to project completion and handover, ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Engineering or Trade qualification in an Electrical Discipline. Experience in data centre projects is preferred but not essential.

Strong knowledge of security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment systems.

Proven experience supervising electrical personnel, ideally managing teams of 30 or more.
