About the Role
This role serves as a key support to our Chief Digital & Tech Officer, a Haleon Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite) member, providing two critical types of assistance:
Executive Administrative Support: Enabling the HET member to perform at their highest level as a leader by managing day-to-day operations effectively and proactively.
Functional Partnering: Collaborating with the D&T Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of the digital and tech function, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
This role requires 3-4 days per week in the office to facilitate the connection between the executive, their leadership team, and key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for the HET member, both internally and externally, ensuring relationships are managed effectively and all communication is handled with professionalism.
- Business Understanding: Develop a strong grasp of business priorities, functional needs, and stakeholder dynamics to better anticipate the HET's needs and drive key initiatives forward.
- Functional Operations Management: Coordinate functional meetings, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Support financial management by tracking budget adherence, working with Finance Partners, and ensuring the HET and Leadership Team maintain financial discipline. Flag key priorities or risks with HR and Finance, and ensure they are escalated appropriately. Lead or participate in ad hoc projects to drive function-wide improvements. Ensure that the functional calendar is well-structured and coordinated with other business units.
- Internal & External Communications: Draft and manage internal/external communications on behalf of the HET member. Maintain the HET's external engagement calendar, coordinating with Global Communications for investor, media, or key external stakeholder interactions.
- Executive Administrative Support: Manage HET member's calendar, arrange detailed travel plans, produce high-quality presentations and materials for key meetings, plan meetings and events, and handle expenses, invoices, and purchase orders efficiently.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to other administrative staff within the function.

- Strong IT Competency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management tools.

- Leadership or mentorship experience with administrative teams.
