We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a hands-on Field Marketing professional to join our global team and assist in developing and executing field marketing activities across the EMEA region.


As our regional Field Marketing Manager, you will support the team in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Channel Partners ('Partner'), and Marketing to create and implement effective strategies for driving growth.


The role is based in our Ghent offices and offered on a full-time regular contract basis.


Your responsibilities include


  • Support Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and email marketing.
  • Event Coordination: Drive organization and management for regional events, trade shows, and Partner events. Coordinate logistics, comms, and follow-ups with involved stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team and Partners across EMEA to support sales initiatives and manage necessary marketing assets and merchandise.
  • Content Localization: Collaborate with the global team to help create region-specific sales and marketing materials, including localization for product documentation, email campaigns, case studies and social media content.
  • Global Marketing: Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to align on broader marketing strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Data Management: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, helping to generate reports and insights for the team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the field marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing marketing inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.


Is this you?


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years experience in B2B marketing in technology (ideally software) businesses.
  • Proven experience working within a Channel Partner business model.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage and execute integrated marketing plans supporting business strategy.
  • Outstanding planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. With the ability to manage requests and expectations from a range of internal and external stakeholder.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with virtual team members.
  • Good business acumen - an understanding of design, engineering, or construction markets, is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with online tools such as Figma, Goldcast, ClickUp, and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the skill to translate complex data into actionable content strategies.
