Finance Director CFO

CMA Executive is working with an award-winning SaaS organisation on the South Coast that has recently secured funding for further growth plans and is now searching for a new CFO to join their Executive Board and help lead the business through its next chapter of progress. Suitable Candidate for the CFO vacancy:

• Fully qualified Accountant.
• Previous engagement with third party funders, including Private Equity experience will be considered extremely beneficial. Having completed a fruitful shareholder exit/transaction for a business previously is desirable.
• The role is best suited to someone with some experience of working within a mixture of SME and corporate background, with experience related to Software as a Service SAAS, B2B industries.
• Experience of full financial leadership previously.
• Knowledge of developing SAAS based KPI's and metrics and subsequent Reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen with an appetite to improve processes and be a self-starter.
