• Location: Victoria, London

Brief:

- Concept, design, and execute creative assets for digital advertising, social media, and performance marketing.

- Develop high-quality static, animated, and video content that enhances brand storytelling and drives engagement.

- Collaborate closely with the brand, marketing, E-commerce and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

- Optimise creative based on performance insights, A/B testing, and audience engagement data.

- Multi-skilled designer - adept in creating concepts, imagery, video, and motion graphics for digital marketing.

- Track record of high-performing creative - proven ability to design for customer engagement, conversion, and brand aspiration.

- Master of key design tools - skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.

- Experience in digital advertising - understanding of paid social, programmatic, and performance marketing creative.

- Strong conceptual thinker - ability to develop creative ideas that translate into compelling marketing visuals.
