Head of Finance (Financial Improvement & Commercial)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and high performing organisation. The role of Head ofFinance (Financial Improvement & Commercial) will provide financial leadership to the sustainabilityand recovery components of the Trust's financial strategy.

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities include:o Taking responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the Trust's efficiency plan and theprovision of regular progress reports, internally and externally.o To collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to support the management teams inthe operational delivery of the efficiency programmeo To ensure that robust governance arrangements are in place to enable progress tracking andearly intervention where schemes are at risk of slipping.o The postholder will also have a key role to play in terms of longer-term sustainability andfinancial input to the development of medium-term financial strategy.o The post holder will be expected to deputise for the Assistant Director Financial Managementas required.
