Your tasks

• RFQ funnel processing, RFQ clarification, BOM adaptation, cost calculation, process RFQ feedback, product design including approval (BOM, drawing), change management, technical statements on complaints.
• Product optimization, preferred components definition and use.
• Support to high-touch projects, technical support during customer visits with sales.
• Specification of new technology and needed developments.
• Technical lead and grow our product engineering team of the local units LA EMEA, identifying, mentoring, and recruiting exceptional talent.

Your profile

• Studies in the field of economics or engineering.
• Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging but achievable, motivate your team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Business degree with a focus on plastics or equivalent technical focus.
• You are passionate about developing state-of-the-art cable solutions.
• Solution-oriented mindset and focus on the implementation of tasks.
• Fluent in English, German, and preferably another language.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in an international company.
