This is an extremely pivotal role in a growing and individual agency with a focus on people development, and a delightful variety of events and brand activations. Headline responsibilities:

1. Managing a medium sized team to ensure excellence in output for a range of brand activations, corporate events, parties and launches, as well as contributing to a positive culture. Working with B2C and B2B clients.
2. Resourcing of projects will also be a focus, as well as integrating freelancers into the team as required, working closely with clients and being the point of escalation.

What our client is looking for:

1. Proven experience of event project direction, with a decent level of team management experience, from an events agency.
2. Experience of managing multiple projects at one time.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Exceptional live event delivery experience at the highest standard of output.
5. Immaculate planning and pre-production knowledge, working seamlessly with creative and production teams.
