INFLUENCER MANAGER / TALENT MANAGER (German Speaking)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing German influencers.
2. Identify and recruit new German influencers aligned with the brand's values and target audience.
3. Negotiate contracts and manage payments for influencer collaborations.
4. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for the German market.
5. Adapt existing marketing strategies and communications for the German audience, ensuring a relatable and authentic tone of voice.
6. Monitor German social media trends and identify emerging influencers.
7. Provide recommendations for improving brand messaging and marketing materials for the German market.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including social media and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications:

1. Must be fluent in German and English.
2. 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the German market.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Deep understanding of German social media trends and influencers.
6. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Passionate about fitness and social media.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
