My reputable banking client is looking for a talented Interaction Designer to join their team to help enhance the digital journey for their customers.

• Hybrid working - 2 days p/w in office
• Location: Edinburgh
• Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
• Up to £600 per day (via Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
• Create user-friendly service designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have:

• Previous Interaction Designer experience
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
