DTCP Growth invests in leading software companies out of its latest fund Growth Equity III (GE III). The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel and the US, with notable investments including Aircall, Arctic Wolf Networks, Auth0 (acquired by OKTA), Guardicore (acquired by Akamai), Fastly (NYSE: FSLY), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), LeanIX and Signavio (both acquired by SAP SE).
DTCP Infra invests in European digital infrastructure out of the Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II). DTCP Infra specializes in investments in mobile towers, fiber networks and data centers.
Your Role
As an intern, you will join Incharge Capital Partners, DTCPs new VC initiative focussed on Connectes Mobility and will have the following responsibilities along the investment process:
- Dealflow Creation: Identify, get access to, and build relationships with start-ups in the Connected Mobility sector
- Company Analysis & Pitching: Pitch potential opportunities to the team on a daily basis
- Investment Thesis Building: Contribute to Incharge's investment theses by diving into specific Connected Mobility verticals and developing cutting-edge investment strategies
- Financial Modelling: Perform financial analysis using our internal proprietary FlightPath modelling tool
- Due Diligence: Participate in Due Diligences on live transactions (incl. market research, competition analysis, reference calls, valuation rationalization etc.)
- Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure that the team's pipeline is always up to date, and take minutes of meetings with inspirational founders and investors
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree/Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks
- Outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to details
- Ability to work through numbers and deliver insights in well-organized presentations
- Ability to work efficiently in a global and diverse setting
- Confident and positive, results driven, high energy with strong ability to learn
- Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile
- A genuine passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and venture capital
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in the EU
