IT Manager Newport £65,000 plus benefits

Are you ready to lead IT infrastructure in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment? Intapeople are seeking an IT Manager to oversee critical infrastructure and drive IT excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the local IT team in technical operations and administration.
Manage and enhance IT infrastructure (VMware ESXi, Windows Servers, Cisco networking).
Ensure high availability of IT systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
Prioritize security and implement robust IT security measures.
Collaborate with global IT teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
Set priorities, allocate resources, and lead infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years managing teams.
Strong expertise in VMware, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Cisco networking.
Proven track record in maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
