Your Impact:

1. Partner with our EMEA leadership team and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
2. Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches.
3. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and proactive communication.
4. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
5. Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Your Toolkit:

1. 10+ years of Recruitment experience.
2. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
4. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
6. Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined.
7. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding and diversity/inclusion sourcing.
8. Flexibility to be in the London and/or Reading office as needed.
