This is the jobAs a Marketing Data Scientist at AA-X, you'll uncover opportunities for advanced analysis, using data to tackle complex challenges and support our marketing team, the broader business, and our customers. Your insights will predict future trends, aid decision-making, and drive both customer satisfaction and business success.
You'll play a key role in developing analyses that help AA-X teams offer more relevant propositions, services, and offers to our customers. Additionally, you'll enhance strategies and operational processes across AA-X, boosting overall effectiveness.
What will I be doing?- Construct AI models to enhance product offerings and deepen understanding of products and customers.
- Implement visionary ideas to deliver data science products.
- Solve high-value business and systems problems using data analysis, data mining, optimisation tools, machine learning, and statistics.
- Create and present bespoke analyses with clear, actionable conclusions.
- Design and deploy algorithmic solutions to address business opportunities and support customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design, implement, and interpret AB tests, uncovering insights into product offerings and customer behaviour.
- Develop attribution models to understand the value of various marketing channels.
- Build quick prototypes to test hypotheses using tools like Python and Spark.
- Provide consultative expertise and suggest improvements.
- Drive the Data Science agenda, working with colleagues across Product, Operations, and Marketing to implement enhancements.
- Proven experience with statistical models: Bayesian Algorithms, Multitouch Attribution, Regression, GLM, Neural Networks, Decision Trees, Affinity Analysis.
- Experience in developing and applying AB testing frameworks.
- Skilled in conducting complex analysis using various data sources and types.
- Experience delivering projects in an agile environment using tools like GIT, JIRA, and DevOps.
- Proven experience with Machine Learning algorithms to enhance Customer experience and Lifetime value.
- Strong understanding of core statistical concepts and their applications.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable customer intelligence to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems using data.
- Experience with analytics, data science, and BI approaches and technologies.
