Mobile Fabric Engineer

MOBILE FABRIC ENGINEER PAYING UP TO £30,080 HERTFORDSHIRE

Location: HertfordshireSalary: £24,960 - £30,080Contract: Full-Time Permanent positionWork Hours: 40 hours per week
Main Duties:

Maintenance Tasks: Weekly and monthly planned tasks, including fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, and emergency lighting tests.

Repairs: First-line response to reactive repairs, minor building fabric repairs, decorating, and plumbing tasks.

Cleaning: General office cleaning, toilet facilities cleaning, and replenishment of consumables at remote sites.

Support Tasks: Porterage duties, supporting external landscaping, and other janitorial duties as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work orders and comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Health & Safety:

Follow company policies and procedures.

Report deficiencies in systems or equipment.

Use work equipment and PPE properly.

Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety matters.

Requirements:

Experience: Building maintenance, handy person, or janitorial duties.

Skills: Proactive approach, good communication, ability to work within a team, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Full UK driving licence, good knowledge of building statutory compliance, and ability to record work accurately.
