Multi-Media Content Creator (Senior) for Digital Adoption Initiative

We are seeking a Multi-Media Content Creator to support a Digital Adoption initiative promoting the use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, etc.) within the Change Management team of an international organization. The role starts in February 2025 with an initial contract of 3 months (extensions likely based on performance and budget). Remote work is possible, but on-site availability in Rome is a plus. The working environment is English-speaking.

Background

Our client has invested in robust digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom to enhance communication, teamwork, and collaboration. Achieving widespread adoption requires targeted efforts to educate users, address barriers, and showcase the tangible benefits of these tools.

To this end, we are recruiting a Digital Adoption Specialist who will:

  • Develop creative training materials, data-driven insights, and engaging campaigns.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly guides, infographics, and videos.
  • Analyze adoption trends and propose innovative solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in digital tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Apply change management principles (eg, ADKAR/Prosci) to support user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Create multi-media content for campaigns promoting digital collaboration tools.
  • Develop graphics and videos to encourage end-user adoption of ICT services.
  • Deliver training sessions and follow-up tips based on user feedback.
  • Produce user-friendly guides, "how-to" videos, FAQs, and infographics.
  • Monitor adoption rates, analyze usage data, and provide actionable reports.
  • Propose new tools and strategies to enhance digital tool adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Conduct quality reviews and testing for new ICT tools before deployment.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, etc.
  • Proven ability to create compelling visual content (graphics and videos).

Competencies:

  • Content Creator: Ability to craft engaging, visually appealing materials.
  • Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with experience simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Change Management: Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Capability to analyze data and propose solutions.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust in multicultural settings.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in change management or digital transformation (eg, Prosci, ITIL) are advantageous.
