About Our Client

Our client is a start-up within FMCG industry. They are a challenger brand, focused on plant-based produce. Currently experiencing triple digit growth, it's an exciting time to join and help drive their growth across national retail and wholesale.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG industry
  • Establish and nurture relationships with national accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the FMCG industry
  • Experience managing either Waitrose, Ocado or Co-Op at national level, with Booths, H&B as a bonus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
