Salary: 50-60K + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

About the Role:

We're working with a leading consultancy to recruit an NetSuite Business Development Manager to join their innovative and fast-paced team. This is a new business sales role focused on selling ERP solutions, including the NetSuite Software portfolio and associated services, to mid-tier and corporate clients across various industries. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within the mid-market.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with presales, consulting, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Present and negotiate with C-level executives, showcasing the value of ERP solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using company CRM tools.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in selling ERP solutions (NetSuite experience preferred).
  • Track record of success in new business sales, including achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling CRM/Financials solutions and services.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to commute to the Crewe office.
