Paris Blockchain Week Customer Success Officer (Internship - 6 months)

The Paris Blockchain Week Summit Customer Success team is growing and we are looking

for a Customer Success Officer Intern to join our team asap!

Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, this is a great experience for someone with a

hands-on attitude, willing to be part of a great entrepreneurial and international adventure.

Missions:

Help in managing the key stages of each partner's journey

Serve as the point of contact for our partners and customers

Partnership follow-up: setting up the partnership, meeting with sponsors, managing

problems, and satisfaction. Follow-up of the customer relationship, before / during /

after the event

Collect the feedback and analyze the sponsor experience to suggest improvements

Coordinate with all the other departments to provide the best experience possible for

the sponsors

Administrative management (invoices, creation of contracts)

Event communication: creation of brochures

Preferred Experience:

You have a background in Events organization and/or Account Management.

You have a strong commercial sense and a particular interest for blockchain and

digital assets

Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and English

Excellent stress and contingency management skills

Additional Information:

Position to be filled in January at the latest

Internship contract (6 months)
