Your profile
  • Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or partnership roles with a solid track record of closing deals and fostering successful relationships.
  • Strong communication abilities: Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex issues into clear, actionable solutions.
  • People skills: Highly adept at coordinating across departments and excelling in building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
  • Technical affinity: Experience with, or a solid understanding of, software and technology-driven products, crucial for managing technical partnerships.
  • Market analysis: Skilled in conducting market and competitive analysis to continuously optimize strategic positioning and respond swiftly to market changes.
  • Self-motivated: Independently achieves broader business goals, demonstrating strong initiative and drive.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the EV charging market is beneficial, providing crucial insights and expertise.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English, with French as an additional asset, necessary for effective communication in an international context.

Your mission
  • Identify and engage potential partners: Actively identify and engage with charge point operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (MSPs) to expand our network.
  • Drive negotiations: Take charge of partnership and contract negotiations from start to finish.
  • Strengthen relationships: Develop and enhance relationships with a diverse range of existing partners and key stakeholders to maintain and grow the network.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align offerings with market needs and technical capabilities.
  • Technical coordination: Organize and oversee the technical integration of new partners to ensure smooth communication and data transfer.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to consistently optimize our positioning and respond swiftly to market changes.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Create regular analyses and reports that help us achieve our business objectives and continuously improve our services, informing strategic decisions.
