Your future contribution:

As a Partner Success Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting HomeToGo's growth by implementing effective sales and account management strategies to enhance our platform with top-tier short-term rental supply. You'll collaborate closely with the Partner Success, Sales, Salesforce, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to create tailored experiences for prospects and clients.

How you'll add value:
  • Manage partner leads and signings in Salesforce, including conversion to accounts, opportunities, and integrations
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team for seamless partner onboarding
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with data cleanup and entry
  • Assist with live industry events, including appointments, attendee lists, and materials
  • Coordinate with the B2B Marketing team to support email initiatives
  • Oversee lead generation and data collection using Formstack
  • Monitor and follow up on pre-onboarding tasks through email and phone
  • Update and secure database information in Salesforce
  • Alert and resolve data discrepancies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner experiences
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and additional tasks as needed
You'll be successful in this role if you:
  • Studying business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Spanish)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
  • Self-starter eager to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about travel and enhancing the HomeToGo platform
