What you'll be doing- Act as a single point of contact for respective divisions/service line
- Advise and support managers in strategic and operative P&C matters
- Monitor and provide feedback for decision-making
- Manage strategic workforce planning, recruitment and headcount movements
- Work actively with areas of excellence within P&C: Payroll, Rewards & Analytics, Learning & Development, and Recruitment teams
- Lead and/or support P&C projects together with relevant HR colleagues
- Follow regulations and labor law changes and implement them
- Support the development of the organization by implementing organizational changes and fostering fast integration of new employees
- Ability to take actions on goals and procedures defined at a strategic level
- Ability to promote and respect diversity of beliefs, culture, values and preferences
- Ability to improve the involvement and enthusiasm of employees
- Ability to understand internal factors influencing company operations
- Ability to present arguments persuasively in negotiations
- Ability to build effective relationships and maintain alliances
- Ability to manage different levels of stakeholders and steer decisions
- Ability to analyze and make decisions based on raw data
- Provide personalized help, guidance, and information to people
- Ability to define programs to support corporate transformation initiatives
- Understand and manage key compensation items and packages
- Capability to manage the internal and external hiring process
- Ability to advise on legislation
- Ability to implement and promote leadership development programs
- Ability to identify critical positions and build pipelines for them
- Capability to manage talent management processes
- Ability to understand and analyze Workforce Planning models
