Job Description

We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and effectively own our Marketing function. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and develop our marketing strategy through a top-down approach. From defining key strategy to developing and executing effective advertising strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, Taboola, and other advertising channels. Moreover, they will build out adjacent processes, flowing into SEO, Affiliate, and Organic Marketing as well.

This individual will play a crucial role in driving the venture's success by optimizing campaigns, creating compelling ad creatives, and essentially serving as de-facto Head of Marketing for our rapidly growing venture.

Note: The ideal candidate does not have to be highly trained in marketing, as we'll train you from the ground up in our tried and proven methods. However, a ground-level understanding of performance concepts is a plus.

You'll get hands-on support from a skilled marketing agency and their ambitious founder throughout the first months. More importantly, being a quick learner and broadly familiar/intrigued with startup concepts is essential.

Eventually, you will grow into a leadership role that will prove as a pivotal staple for the 100 Tasks venture.

Tasks
  • Undergo an intensive month-to-month onboarding and learning phase, conducting knee-deep knowledge consumption and familiarizing yourself with our marketing playbook.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve performance objectives.
  • Create engaging ad creatives and compelling copywriting for various digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing funnels, webpages, and email automations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continually seek opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Familiarity or deep interest in startup concepts, performance marketing, and general strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Near-native in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
