General Description

We are looking for a Principal Architect with strong client-facing experience to be part of our team in the UK. In this position, you will lead technology strategies end-to-end, working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil, and other countries in Latin America.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Work on-site at our clients based in the UK, being responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing new business.
2. Lead the crafting of technical proposals, points of view, and pitch those to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Lead the end-to-end technology delivery, from hiring engineering teams, bootstrapping projects, and managing in-flight programs along with other senior managers and digital strategists.
4. Experience in designing and delivering modern digital platforms in complex technical and business scenarios.
5. Visit and connect with other European clients a few weeks throughout the year to bootstrap projects and establish and expand relationships with key technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams.
7. Ensure that solutions are following modern engineering best practices.
