The Public Sector - Technology Sales Manager is a prospect- and client facing role and in this role you are responsible for parts of the technology sales in the largest (international) and most complex sectors and group of prioritized accounts within the public sector. You advise clients on the most strategic issues with a long term business impact.
The Public Sector - Technology Sales Manager builds the sector eco-system and a network of ICT decision makers (leading IT-companies, platforms/solutions, partner-network(s), specific sector technologies, (new)legislations and trends). The Public Sector - Technology Sales Manager within KPMG NL is an expert in technology platforms, sector and sales.
In this role you are a fast 'adopter' of our internal global organisation to explore- and use the global network of KPMG (e.g. experts, best practices, tools, methods and credentials) to create sales. You are curious about new technologies and tech savy to inspire our clients. The Public Sector - Technology Sales Manager gives feedback to the KPMG teams to improve sales enablement.
Jouw uitdagingen- Sales of technology solutions within the public sector
- Plans and directs many others in complex sales or client management processes with authority to set and negotiate product, solution or service terms
- Responsible for the realization of revenue through marketing and sales activities.
- Maintains, builds and expands a portfolio.
- Organize sector commercial events (e.g. round table, insight centre and inspiration sessions)
- An academic background and 10+ years of relevant working experience within the public sector
- Kowledge of technology platforms
- Experience within the Microsoft and SAP ecoystems
- Consultative background and experience
- Strong and constructive communicator
- A perfect understanding of the Dutch and English language
