Quality Project Manager - Pharma

Quality Project Manager - Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Overseeing supplier approvals and compliance for the TRD excipient portfolio
• Serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders across specific areas of responsibility
• Ensuring smooth handling of excipient-related changes, whether triggered internally or by suppliers
• Representing the line unit to TRD Third Party QA, ensuring timely delivery of portfolio-related tasks
• Maintaining clear and effective communication channels with all involved parties

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical development or a related industry, with a robust understanding of GMP
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and policies
• Proven experience in material planning, logistics, or customer service within pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or biotech
• Bachelor's degree in science, logistics and supply chain, business administration, or related field
• Language skills: English - fluent, German would be an advantage

• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
