Job Description
Receptionist with Admin support duties, £25584, Belfast Welcome visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, handle office enquiries, take messages, and answer queries. Assist with typing letters, documents, and minutes as required. Prepare reports and presentation slides. Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with quality system requirements and data protection legislation, always maintaining confidentiality. Attend meetings as directed, take minutes, and organise hospitality for these meetings. Process and accurately upload/record information on a timely basis. Ensure the smooth running of the department, assisting where appropriate Assist with the coordination of file management and archive systems. Attend all appropriate training and meetings as required. Contribute to the effective delivery of a quality service through the formulation, review, and proper implementation of policies and procedures. Assist in arrangements for meetings, training, and other events, including hospitality Perform daily duties such as photocopying, collating, and other routine tasks necessary to assist the team Assist in the delivery of all office duties, including support for queries received by phone, email, post, or in person. What you'll need to succeed
•A minimum of 2 years administration experience within the last 3 years in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language
OR
•5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.
•Experience in providing high quality customer service.
•Effective planning, prioritising, and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the organisation, responsibilities include
•A minimum of 2 years administration experience within the last 3 years in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language

•5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.
•Experience in providing high quality customer service.
