An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take over and develop an Industrial desk. The agency is an established, industry-leading, multi-sector Recruitment Consultancy and services some of the UK's leading blue-chip clients based across the country. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of your desk by showing your ability as a skilled 360 industrial recruiter.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales and business development, to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
• Maintain client relationships through constant, effective communication
• Interview and resource candidates
• Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies

Person Specification

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Demonstrate hunger and desire to succeed
• Determination and tenacity is a must
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Confident in your sales ability
• Passion for recruitment

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard
